I am docking a three quarters of a star because the ending made me so angry but let’s start with the good. 
Delilah is badass as always. But, I like when her bullishness gets her checked. I think that’s important and I rarely see it in fantasy books. 
Kell is always Kell. He is so good and like pure. I love him.
But not as much as Holland who has my whole dang heart. We saw more of his story in this book and it absolutely broke me. 
Which leads to my rant about the end.

They are still fighting at the last 10% of the book! So I’m thinking there will be some sort of epilogue to tie up the ending and leave us satisfied. Nope. Alucard is guarding Rhy and they are sort of together except they aren’t because Alucard is his guard that he fucks but not like his lover? I don’t know. Why is he giving him a job and not like, dating him? Kell is leaving with Lila and he thinks to himself he loves her but they are not shown together in any real way. And the worst thing, Holland just fucks off and dies?! He has a shit life where not a single good thing ever happens to him. Then he looses his powers and then is left to die in the woods?!! WTF? Justice for Holland! I’m taking to the streets!
