Okay…this was very good. However, I do think it was a bit overhyped by TikTok. The beginning of the book is kinda slow and confusing. And while I don’t dislike Saeris, I found her to be a fairly one dimensional FMC. She’s a snarky badass with a knife. I really hope she gets a bit more character development in the next books. I appreciated that Fishers character was fleshed out a bit more. He’s an arrogant ass in the beginning, but by the end we get a better insight into what makes him tick. I will definitely be continuing the series! 🥰
