i will never tire of this story, ESPECIALLY from lucy’s pov. the atmosphere in this book was perfect, so eerie and i loved reading about whitby. halfway through the plot did seem to dwindle however, and vlad’s motives took a turn i didnt understand or like. lucy also made some confusing choices as if the consequences weren’t obvious? the ending was interesting though and im definitely excited to pick up the next book. this was so close to a 4 for most of my time reading but the drag put me off toward the end which is such a shame.
