Just finished Scotch and Shortbread by August Lindsay, and it was a fun insta-attraction story with lots of teasing and flirting! Alex has sworn off women after a bad breakup, so when he runs into Quinn and theres an instant attraction, he's not sure what to do. There’s a ton of slow burn tension that builds until nearly the last quarter of the book. While the ending felt a bit rushed after all the angst, it was still a fun read if you're into slow burn romances!
