The Smallest Part by Amy Harmon
5.0
This book was a collection of things I hate the most in my romance books: Love triangles, tragedies and finally babies/kids. I don't even try to read romance books containing any of these things and if they show up later on in the middle of the book, I'm sorry but that book won't be finished by me.
So you may ask why in the world I would ever pick this book in the first place. And the answer would be Amy Harmon. I honestly don't know how she does it. Her books carry topics and elements I avoid at all costs but I still very much enjoy her books. It doesnt warm me up to the topics at hand but it does warm me up to her. She quickly became one of my favourite romance authors and I'm no longer a fan of pure romance books.
I loved the characters and I was quickly rooting for them. The story breaks your heart in the beginning but as Amy promised, your heart heals by the end and falls in love with the story. I loved the book and I love Amy Harmon.
