I'm a sucker for Christmas so a lesbian christmas romance, yes pleaseee!
I may have hyped it up too much in my mind because I felt my mind drifting a lot while reading this one.

The constant "the city is the best" vibe coming of Bex made me roll my eyes. It started cute but became annoying fast.
I did however love the feel of what Christmas in the city was like through Ava's eyes (being someone who grew up watching Christmas in NY and heavily romantizing that).

I just couldn't really get into the story or the characters. It lacked something and I can't quite put my finger on it because in theory the story is perfect. Queer Christmas!? Again, yes pleaseee. But a little different maybe...
