No character development, both Alya and Crier felt super underdeveloped, i came for a queer romance and ended up reading an enemies to lovers where one character falls instantly in love and the 'other' is resistant but doesn't really know much about the other. The world-builiding seems underdeveloped although i enjoyed the in-between primary evidence of old documents that help situate us in this world.
