Hockey Boy by Brittanée Nicole

If there is one thing I love about a book it is when it has a mental health representation in it…add in that it is the Male character and it is an automatic read for me. Brittanee handled Aiden’s mental health with so much care and I loved how Aiden was working on him and getting the help that he needed.

Aiden was the absolute sweetest MMC. I love a golden retriever man and that was Aiden to a T. I loved Aiden and his relationship with his family. There is just something about those Langfields and the family texts were everything!

Lennox I loved her! In all honesty she was such a perfect fit for Aiden. She understood him in a way no one else did and was there for him. Lennox was a strong FMC that I love to see in books and you found yourself rooting for her and Aiden the whole time. I loved her growth through this book and just really enjoyed her character.

Lennox and Aiden together were perfect. I loved how when Aiden saw Lennox again there was no doubt in his mind that she was the one he wanted his future with and he did everything to make that happen. I mean who doesn’t love a boy obsessed?! I loved the moments between Aiden and Lennox “The never have I ever” those were my favorite scenes and the deep communication between these two was everything. I just wanted to hug Aiden so many times throughout this book because his mental health was relatable from someone who also suffers from anxiety and depression.

Again I loved this book and I am sad the Langfield brothers all found their HEA because I could keep reading more of this family. But I am so excited for what is next with this series.

Thank you Brittanee and The Author Agency for the arc of this book.
