"Is it too much to ask for my soul mate to be dropped into my lap?" 💛

Sometimes, you just need a quick, delightful escape, and "Fumbling in the Dark" delivers that in spades. Nichole Ruschelle has crafted a charming sports romance novella that's as warm and fuzzy as a post-game victory celebration. While the "insta-love" trope can sometimes feel rushed, in this compact format, it felt like a burst of sunshine, a whirlwind romance that sweeps you off your feet before you even realize it.  Janae and Shane are a breath of fresh air. Janae, with her vibrant spirit and unwavering determination, is the perfect match for Shane, the charismatic athlete hiding a heart of gold.

Their early miscommunication, a classic trope, was a bit frustrating, but it didn't take too much enjoyment away from the story.  It's a story that celebrates the joy of finding your perfect match, the kind of love that feels effortless and right. The writing is breezy and engaging, making it easy to get lost in Janae and Shane's world. It's a reminder that sometimes, the most beautiful moments happen when you least expect them. This novella is a perfect pick-me-up & a quick dose of feel-good romance that leaves you with a smile. 🏈
