Sigh so good. Not much I can say without spoiling stuff but poor Mare, it's incredibly emotional and what she goes through...you can understand why she's so broken.

Romance wise I was glad to see all the Mare/Cal stuff and like...I didn't know how people could ship Mare/Maven at the end of the last one and this entire book makes the ship worse. Just gross and so bad.

I really cannot wait for the next book though!
