I'm Glad My Mom Died by Jennette McCurdy
5.0
I "met" Jennette McCurdy when my kids were little and they watched iCarly. Sam was my favorite character on the show, because she was tough, hilarious, irreverent, and seemed so genuine. I saw her book at the library, borrowed it, and was incredibly shocked to read her story. My hear hurts so much for her, that she wasn't allowed a healthy childhood, that the person responsible for keeping her safe did devastating long-term damage to Jennette's mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
