Bright Lights, Big Christmas by Mary Kay Andrews

BRIGHT LIGHTS BIG CHRISTMAS is a reverse Hallmark story, a girl flees small town life and finds love in the big city. This was a pleasant place to spend time while racing around feverishly preparing for my own holiday. She managed to make New York feel like a small town and I loved that. Sometimes people don't realize those of us who live in cities live in communities too.

This is the second rom-com I've read by Mary Kay Andrews and while this genre is usually a miss for me, her stories are entertaining and keep me engaged.
