This was a good short story. I connected with Lucas instantly, and everything on the page made me laugh at first. I slowly lost that connection and didn't laugh as much as the story continued. In the end, it was still entertaining, though. Did anyone else find themselves making an audible "aww" when Purple Dress picked up the last 'item' on the pile? Or was that just me?
