I am fond of the Alaskan approach in the story, a place that is undisturbed and somehow cozy at the same time made me love it even more.
The relationship development between the characters are astounding considering the complication the characters had with each other. I wasn't even fond of the love interest from the start. Wondering how the relationship is gonna work yet little by little, I'm staring to have a liking towards him. Now that is a surprise seeing the way he treated her at the beginning and how he belittled her.
The change of heart he had towards her made me feel triumph considering he didn't like her that much and now he is fond of her and he seems to go wherever she goes. "An itch you can't get rid of" is a funny term she called him since he was definitely hard to bear. Overall I still liked his company and by him being everywhere, it made me understand the culture and the people who live in Alaska. Making it seem like you are part of the family and its hometown.
There are some things that I need to be cautious of and I'm gonna know more about it in book 2. Hopefully they will be able to talk more about that topic that needs to be discussed.
