This was such a fun thriller. I have been on a huge YA kick when it comes to my thriller and horror reads and this book fits right in and was fantastic. I love how the author encompassed teenagers so well. They were older teenagers in the book. They’re not quite adults and unable to make fully adult decisions, but they aren’t new teenagers either. I have found that this is a difficult age to pin down, and this author did a good job. The suspense in this book was great, all the way up to the big reveal. Then the reveal was not unexpected but still well done. The pacing was fast and held my attention. This is a book I didn’t want to put down, I just wanted to keep going. I ended up binging this book one afternoon and finished in a couple of hours.

This was my first book by this author, but it won’t be the last. Check this one out if you want a pulse-pounding thriller.
