Great book by two journalists covering Trump's first term. If you had brain and access to media between 2016-2021, many of the actual events will be familiar, but this book does a great job at structuring those news stories around the actions (and inactions) of those working in federal government and how they interacted with Trump. Great structuring of how an inadequate boss that enjoyed it when his employees fought leads to complete mayham and discord. So many people that eagerly backed him up, only to find that he really is an egotistic maniac that would throw you aside for just one more moment in the spotlight.
