The story is simple but heartwarming. It feels like something that belongs in Hallmark Christmas special or something. The story of a woman who is recovering from a trauma and trying to help a man overcoming his depression and suicidal thoughts. I love the progression of their relationship and there are parts that made me tear up a little bit. Despite there being mention of mental health, it is clear that Cecilia Ahern didn't intend to make any superfluous statement on the issue and was just focusing on writing a sweet story. And for that I really enjoyed the journey of the two couple. However, I removed one star because some parts felt a bit slow for me but otherwise it is still very sweet.
