Tried so hard it became a mess

This should, on the face of it, be an insanely erotic ride but it pretty much fails on all counts.

The story is almost non-existent, the female MC is a bloody wet lettuce, the supposed main male lead just blends into the background and the other four men in the big gang bang are indescribable from each other if you discount the fact one is black and another is an immature 22-year-old.

The BDSM aspects of the story read like someone went online and just looked up random kinks, so we have a voyeur, a sadist, a master controller - all in the same hockey team, what're the chances eh?!

There's commas sprinkled willy nilly throughout and the way the men are referred to jumps from first name, surname and nicknames faster than the MC agreed to the dumb gang bang idea to try and gain her father's attention. I mean, the whole plot is a WTF moment.

Still, there's something strangely compelling about this fact this is the start of a series of interconnected stories that I'm now debating reading to see just how many more tropes can be thrown in to one set of characters.
