THIS BOOOOOKKKK. After having a hard time getting through book 1 and book 2 (but knowing from memory that the series starts to SLAYYY from the second half of book 2) I really needed this one to live up to my memory. AND. DID. IT. EVERRRRRR
The truck scene?? The 💀?? THE BATTLE SCENE? Screaming. Fainting. Squealing. Jeaniene Frost can WRITEEEEEE.
Also Cat is a slay in this book and we get introduced to the FAV OF THE FAVS: Vlad. THE REASON FOR MY HISTORY OBSESSION AND TASTE IN MEN. I LOVE THIS MAN.
The side characters full MAKE this book. This would have been a 5 star read if not forthe enemy, Tate not fucking off, and vibes
Literally so excited for the next book
