I love him much Japanese culture is sprinkled throughout this volume and series as a whole. It's refreshing reading material written by authors from other countries and cultures. I especially enjoy the explanations of each cultural reference at the end of each volume as well. I love the whole White Day idea in connection to Valentine's Day. I had never heard of it before but I would love to start participating in some of it's customs!

I also love how comically agro Watanuki gets when Dômeki gets on his nerves. Their rivalry/friendship is fun to read.
