Killing a King: The Assassination of Yitzhak Rabin and the Remaking of Israel by Dan Ephron

informative reflective sad medium-paced

4.0

Great zoom-in account of Rabin's assassination and the path toward that fateful day.  While Ephron takes a few creative liberties with painting certain scenes, it is overall an honest attempt at retrospective journalism.  Can a single event, layered in contingency, change the course of history? Maybe.
