I’ve been looking for a cute comedy romance manga and that’s exactly what this is.
The story follows a high school girl whose dad ends of racking a lot of debt and moving abroad, and she takes a job as a housekeeper in a writers home. She did not expect the writer to be as young as he is, and he intern, did not expect his housekeeper to be as young as she is. As she tries to keep this grumpy writer fed and his house clean, she finds that he’s not as mean and grumpy as he acts. Will she be able to melt his heart?
I had a lot of moments in this manga, where I was smiling and laughing and squealing just a little bit. The first volume really gives you all the feels. Some people may struggle with the age gap (not that it’s really confirmed how big the age gap is) but I honestly don’t notice it too much, nor does it bother me.
I’m really excited to see how this relationship forms and although it has a lot of the cliché moments, it’s still adorable, and I am loving it.
