Such a cute short story. Seth and Charlotte are neighbors on the 2nd floor of their apartment building. One morning, they both wake up to the stairs missing. This is how they meet..the landlord confirming that the work team removed the wrong steps and now it would be several days before a team could get back out there. So Seth and Charlotte both agree to stay put for several days. Their friends, Izzy and Gabe, help out by bringing them things, via a pulley system. With only each other to interact with, they spend each day together. But Charlotte has an issue she has been dealing with for years and it’s imprisoned her. Now, as much as she wants to like Seth, she doesn’t want to drag him into her drama. But Seth is determined to prove to her, he is there to stay.

Aww..such a sweet story. Seth is so sweet doing small things to make Charlotte comfortable, and giving them some much needed entertainment. Fun, short read, sweet, entertaining read. Thank you #NetGalley
