The writing. I wanted to love this book. I follow the author and she is lovely. Her social media content is great and makes this book look so good. But the writing is average, the book is boring. The characters are the worst sort of stereotypes. The story is disjointed. But the writing. It’s just not good. I had no desire to keep reading. Maybe I try again another time.
