Kiss, Kill, Thrill Me, Daddy by Lance Lansdale

These books are always so unhinged and I love them 😂 I struggled to really love Tatum this entire book, because even though I knew why he was treating Abi so badly, it was just kinda hard to read. I loved Abi so much, though. He was just as nuts as Brody but in a different flavor. Plot wise, this book did feel a little slow. I didn't expect there to be any real action or suspense because I don't think anything very serious happened until maybe 80% of the way through? The first 70-80% was a bit slow, but it had all of the emotional plot points, basically, and I didn't really mind it being slow. I enjoyed the extra time with Fee and Scotty and Brody, and I really liked both of Tatum's parents. They were supportive to be point of near hilarity, and I enjoyed every part they were in. The action and suspense in this book had its own uniqueness, slotting in with the rest of the book in a way that made sense and really sucked you in. As with the last book, this one made me laugh a ton, and I'm looking forward to the next wild adventure in this series.
