ace of spades is a stunning debut, there's no doubt to it. the topics that were touched upon are enlightening and extremely important to read; the plot had me cheering for our two protagonists as they got further.

my only complaint is how the ending was wrapped up in the span of a couple of pages, which threw off the steady pacing we had been following earlier. there's also one point that i didn't feel like we got closure on and another that was brushed over, which sucks because now i'm left with questions that i'll never get answers to.

regardless, highly recommend.
