I am trying so hard to sit here and convey all my thoughts about this book series into words, but I simply just cannot do that.

WHEN I TELL YOU THIS SERIES HAD A ME IN A FUCKING CHOKEHOLD: I'M NOT BLUFFING.

I loved every damn thing about this book. The way this book had me questioning my morals and cheering for Lana. The way I was hoping Logan wouldn't find out. The questions brought up with if it's wrong to not want to catch a killer if they're murdering bad people.

THE SUSPENSE? PERFECTION. THE ROMANCE? CHEF'S KISS.

I was gasping through this entire book, and even threw it down on a couple of occasions. But that ending. That ending was absolute perfection.

I don't know how I won't go into a reading slump after finishing this series in a week. I am still daydreaming about it, even tho I finished last night. God. Damn.
