4.5 ⭐️ This story is definitely worth the hype!

I decided to give this a go because it’s been all over TikTok and yeah, I’m hooked!!! This story kept me at the edge of my seat and I’m immediately starting the second book because this left off on a cliffhanger!

First off, I love Lana. I like that she kills for revenge and that even though her backstory is vague, throughout the book we catch glimpses into her traumatic past. We also see that the men who hurt her and presumably killed her family were the real monster. I never thought I’d be on the side of a serial killer but here I am, rooting for Lana to murder every single one of those sick bastards.

Logan ❤️ what a man. He’s sexy, sophisticated, smart, perceptive, and sweet. I’m obsessed with how much he adores Lana.

Even though this is a darker romance, because of the themes, it still is fun with sweet moments. I love the juxtaposition between the brutality of Lana’s killings/Logan’s intense job and their budding romance.

I’m so curious to see how the heck the rest of this story is going to play out! Is Lana going to get caught??? How will Logan react when he finds out what she’s doing???

Should you read this story?? If you want to read about a woman serial killer who falls in love with a sexy FBI agent, then yes!!! It’s extremely entertaining. Plus, each book is short (novella sized) so it’s a quick read.
