The Woman in Me by Britney Spears
emotional
medium-paced
5.0
This was an emotional book to listen to, and I'm glad she found the strength to tell her story. I've been a fan of Britney's music literally my entire life, having been born in 1997, so I grew up watching what was going on through the media's eyes. Having Britney's perspective and her truth being shown to the world is amazing, and I understand why she wasn't able to handle narrating the book herself. The narrator did an amazing job at getting the emotion through, which just added to the experience.
Graphic: Forced institutionalization
