I really thought this book was interesting to say the least. Although most if not all of the times the book didn’t seem to follow along with my personal opinions and viewpoints on the Skywalker family, which I’ve spent years building, and seeking out more knowledge upon, I couldn’t seem to put the book down, it was highly intriguing and I wished to keep reading it constantly. I liked getting to open up and expose myself to a newer and different viewpoint than my own, even if it bothered me or made me uncomfortable a little to consider an entirely different view of my absolute favorite fandom, and after much careful consideration, I have decided I’ll be sticking with my own opinions of the Skywalker Saga’s story anyways. I did enjoy however how they split the book into relevant sections based on events. The high quality photos in the inserts with their in-universe basis and presentation was brilliant. The book did have many errors writing-wise in it, but I understood it all the same and just skipped over them to take in and absorb + enjoy the whole of the book overall. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation read for me, a quick novel to pickup and finish on a 3-Day Weekend.
