I thoroughly enjoyed the premise of this book. It was lighthearted, funny, but had enough undertone of emotion to keep it grounded. However, I felt that it could’ve benefited from another round or two of editing. There were some consistency errors, with names or places being wrong with, and grammatical errors with quotation marks. There was a bit of repetitive dialogue as well, with characters saying almost the same line multiple times in a conversation. Darla and Jarko were great characters with good chemistry, funny banter, and a lot of heart, but at times their behavior didn’t quite match their character. I think a more editing would’ve made this a lot more polished
