✨ 2 and a half stars! ✨

i do not understand where the hype for this book came from. it was so meh. i was expecting a riveting, beautiful, tragic love story and got a boring, bland story with stilted writing. maybe i'm being a little dramatic, but can you blame me when the last 20 pages and literal character glossary were the most memorable parts of this book for me?
