The weakest book of the trilogy in my opinion - the story wasn't constructed in a convincing way and although the first chapters started out strong, it got a lot worse after that. This was a bit like the last season of Game of Thrones - questions were answered, the story was tied up, but in the end it was a flaming hot mess of plot holes and random storylines. Did I still enjoy it despite that? Hell yeah.

The overall concept still absolutely fascinates me and my attachment to most of the characters grew even further. There were some brilliant moments throughout the book and looking back, this will remain one of my favourite trilogies of all time.
