House of Earth and Blood, to me, is the finest work Maas has ever written. This book consistently made me feel so many emotions while reading that I’m surprised my physical copy isn’t damaged. Bryce’s story of loss, mourning, learning, healing and loving will stay with me forever - especially the love she bores her best friend, something I don’t believe is ever written about enough.
