Orion is assigned to the daughter of a socialite, whose ex won’t leave her alone. Briar works at a zoo, in the aviary, and also owns a parrot, Jeb. Speaking from the pov of a parrot owner, I can say the mess and circus they bring daily is absolutely true!! Which is what Orion feels when Briar, and Jeb, must move in with him. Orion, with the help of the MOMS team, must figure out the ex and the bigger plot going on in order to keep Briar safe.

Fun read. Each book in the series is about a different Maddox Security team member. These aren’t too intense, but with a little bit of suspense and mystery, keep you intrigued throughout. Like the team connection and banter and look forward to the next.
