Wow, what a story! I devoured this book. It offered a unique perspective of the Greeks during WW2, which I was completely unaware of their involvement. Centering around four unique characters and seeing events from their perspectives was refreshing and engaging. A raw and moving read for those that appreciate this kind of historical fiction.
