This is not my normal genre of reading, most of my reading comes from the mystery/thriller genre, but so many people highly recommended this and I need a break from serial killers so I tried it. Since it is outside my normal reading, it took a few chapters to get hooked but once I did it was a fast read that I couldn't help but finish reading fast. The graces each have an unique talent that with the right help will benefit humankind, controled by evil kings it will harm. Princess decides her grace of killing is not being used in the right way and sets off on her own to find the truth. She is accompanied by the Prince of Leind. The author uses her words wisely to produce visual images in your head that swirl and come to life. The graces she presents in realistic action and you feel all the pain and joy of the characters. I also enjoyed this book, because I know teenage girls and this is a great role model that girls can be strong and don't need to have boys battle between them to find theirselves.
