I was admittedly disappointed! Not much relationship building between the FMC and MMC, and the entire premise was built on the FMC lying about basically everything! It was nerve-wracking! There definitely was some hot chemistry though! I liked Ember as a person— she was unapologetically ambitious and determined. I certainly didn’t agree with how she went about some of the decisions though.
