I think this may just be my personal opinion, but Devney's writing to me is a bit dry and weird so that definitely affected my star rating in the end. That being said, I still enjoyed this book to no end!!

I absolutely ADORED KNOX. He came right in, stole my heart, and kept it for himself. He's the SWEETEST and the way he just started to take care of Memphis?!? SWOOOOOON.

I also appreciate that Devney does has not written a third act breakup so far in this series... WE NEED MORE OF THIS ENERGY IN BOOKS MAN.

I do think the plot (the suspense part of the plot) was a little strange but needless to say, I definitely enjoyed this one and will continue the series!!
