This was a sweet book with lovely small town/cozy vibes. I loved the way magic works in this world. I kinda both love it and am tortured by it when a character is on team “true love isn’t real” 😭 but Xavier!! He was so in love almost immediately and just couldn’t see it. I enjoyed my time in this world and look forward to picking up the other books in the series. (Having read this one first, I didn’t feel like I was missing anything)
