This one had some beautiful prose but ultimately fell a bit flat for me. The beginning had me hooked but quickly dropped off. I didn’t find myself invested until Death started coming around a bit more. Some twists were predictable but some were pretty solid. I’m not in a huge hurry to continue the series, but I probably will at some point.
