The Subtle Art of Not Giving A F**k by Mark Manson

I keep on eyeing this book for so long. And then a fellow rommie recommended this self-help guide. It is about how the author makes an argument regarding that human beings are flawed and limited. It's all about embracing our fears and uncertainties which once we stop running from and avoiding and start confronting, painful truths--we can begin to find the courage and confidence we desperately seek. It's typical real talk. A comical yet sincerely ridiculous with facts. Filled with entertaining stories and profane ruthless humor. According to the review, this manifesto is a refreshing slap in the face for all of us, so that we can start to lead more contented, grounded lives.

The following things I've learned by chapters:

1. Don't Try
It doesn't mean you don't have to try anything. But be lesser in giving a f*** about everything. Just value the things what truly matters. Invest your time and stop overthinking about the future. Don't envision the results if you can''t even endured the pain of the process. Just let it be because life is full of suffering. No matter how many times you keep pondering the thought of how to become successful without even acknowledging the thought of failure, then just shut up and don't do anything.

2. Happiness Is A Problem
You can't learned happiness without experiencing the essence of pain. You will recognized what is happiness because you've been through to a form of struggle. Pain is important of our well-being. Whether it breaks you or strengthen you, at the end of the day, you are responsible for how you cope up this emotions.

Happiness comes from solving problems. Although, problems never stop, they merely get exchanged or upgraded.
