I'm usually into lighter reads but felt the need for something different, and this book definitely delivered! I've read several MC stories, and this one has just become my favorite. The setting in Mexico and writing style created a unique atmosphere, I felt immersed in the action. The characters were believable, they were realistically flawed and fit together so well. There were kinks involved (make sure to read the trigger warnings) but unlike in others books I've read, here they fit the characters (rather than be used for shocker value) and didn't ruin the emotionality of the hot scenes.
