The Crash by Freida McFadden

fast-paced

3.0

The Crash was just okay for me. I typically expect mind-blowing twists from Freida McFadden, but this one didn’t quite deliver on that front. The twists were there, just not as strong as I’d hoped. Tegan was an okay FMC—she did what she had to do—but Polly? She needed serious help (and maybe a punch).
Overall, this was a solid, fast-paced read, perfect for a break after a heavier book. Leslie Howard’s narration was well done, making it an engaging listen even if the twists didn’t fully wow me.
