I personally think the first two books are the best. I started to watch the series from Putri Huan Zhu II, so when I read these books I only relied on my imagination, and I thought they didn't disappoint. The whole intricate conflict of false princess whom you can't help adoring and the true princess who really is worthy to be one keeps you gripping your seat in frustration. In a good way.
