This book was just delightful. It was a different setting than I'm used to reading about and it touched on grief but not in an overwhelmingly sad way. Just in a way that acknowledges people are out there just living with grief as a part of daily life and it doesn't go away. I forgot how nice it is to sometimes just read something that is bantery and a bit fluffy but also can really touch on something important. It can be hard to find a book that accomplishes all of that while adding in spice. This book gets the job done well.
