Finished the trilogy! I enjoyed these books but did find them to be slow reads. If you are looking for something that doesn't feel like a flash-boom-over too quickly, AND you want something quirky and fun but still a "gentle" read, you might enjoy this series. I especially liked the narrative style of the books, with the characters interrupting the story to comment and argue with each other.
