I'm not sure how to properly review this.
milk and honey is a poetry collection. It talks about relationships, feminism, family, abuse.. It takes a lot of heavy topics and makes lessons out of them, it learns, it feeds, it heals.
This is the kind of poetry I am looking for. This is the kind of poetry that moves me. It takes events that I can imagine, it's relatable because it feels feeling that I have felt before. It doesn't try to be something it's not.. It just is.
