The target audience of this book are business owners and other people who might self-describe as powerful (politicians, e.g.). It has examples of bringing mindfulness and then insight into the working world, but the best example is in its appendices when the founder and owner of Patagonia talks about his journey as a reluctant or at least skeptical entrepreneur.
