Two Can Keep a Secret by Karen M. McManus
5.0
either I’m getting sloppier at guessing the plot twists or these books are getting better. for my sanity, I’m going with the latter.
this was a total shocker for me - clearly saying something. how can you overlook the one person you shouldn’t be overlooking? - a question to me from me. a nancy drew meets the undoing meets pretty little liars type of novel, the author did a fabulous job of setting every single character up to be guilty, including the main characters who are telling the story. it was a fabulous job to keep your mind pin balling back and forth until the very end.
although the last line def left me with chills. :( solid 5/5 rating, thank you goodreads for the recommendation.
